Decision Manager allows the creation of rules and the management of acceptance criteria for online orders. The system incorporates global validation services, business-user rule management console, device fingerprinting, velocity monitoring, IP geolocation, multi-merchant transaction histories/shared data, global telephone directories and global delivery address verification services. Orders which are about to be reviewed are held in a case management queue for examination via Decision Managers case management system.
