UK voucher-based prepaid payment services provider Ukash has inked a contract with multiplayer online game Eve Online to provide players with an alternative in-game payment service.

Users will have to visit the payment page and choose the Ukash option from the list of payment methods. Afterwards, they can type in the 19-digit code and the value. If the purchase is less than the value of Ukash code, change is given in the form of a new Ukash code to use against future purchases or to combine with other Ukash codes. The newly added service is available to all group ages, Ukash does not require players to share personal information.

Ukash allows people worldwide to use cash electronically and is available at 420,000 retail locations in over 57 countries across 6 continents. The company provides multicurrency capability in 17 transaction currencies and transactional reporting. Most recently, Ukash has been added as payment option by International Payout Systems (i-Payout.com), a provider of global pay-in-payout services.
