SisalPay offers payment services in Italy and is regulated by the Italian central bank, Banca dItalia. Users can access more than 500 individual services, including utility bills payments, tax payments, mobile phone top-ups, and subscriptions to digital TV services. According to the press-release, the target of the new cooperation between Wirecard and the Sisal Group is to make contactless payments simple and user friendly.
