Bank Freedom partners with FIS for transaction processing

Bank Freedom, a subsidiary of Prepaid Card Holdings, has closed a deal with banking and payments technology provider FIS for transaction processing of Bank Freedom’s prepaid card business.

According to the agreement, FIS is set to provide transaction processing and card issuer services for the Bank Freedom prepaid card programs as well as co-branded prepaid card programs.

Moreover, Bank Freedom will use the FIS platform to support its Prepaid Business Expense Card Program and its consumer General Spend Reloadable (GPR) prepaid cards, payroll cards, as well as the Co-Branded Prepaid Card programs.

Prepaid Card Holdings provides its customers with prepaid card programs under its Bank Freedom brand.
