With the technology provided by Fiserv’s Acumen, the credit union will have access to an integrated loan origination platform, will be able to monitor its relationship with the members as well as generate a range of reports. Acumen is an account processing platform designed to support commercial accounts, deliver automation tools and embedded commercial capabilities. This service is available via bureau, in-house delivery as well as through a resource management deployment model.
In addition to the Acumen banking platform, Nelson and District has opted for Fiserv’s Wisdom Financial Management, a product including back-office accounting tools.
In recent news, US financial services provider Granite State Credit Union has selected Fiserv for the implementation of the latter’s Acumen account processing platform.
