China: SRCB live on Fiserv-powered Signature platform

Chinese financial services provider Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank (SRCB) has signed an agreement with US-based global provider of financial services Fiserv to deploy the latter’s the Signature banking platform.

The joint Fiserv and Digital China Financial Software implementation includes a retail banking solution rolled out to all SRCB branches simultaneously. The banking platform features Mandarin language capabilities as well as full support for local regulations and markets.Signature is a service-oriented architecture (SOA)-based core processing service, deployed in 45 countries.

In recent news, Fiserv has released updated versions of its Signature Bank Platform and Aperio services for financial institutions at this years Sibos event in Amsterdam. The newly-developed Signature 10.1 enhances fraud risk management features, including the Non-Financial Events stream. Thus, financial institutions are able to capture information for detecting and protecting against internal and external fraud.
