Clear2Pay rolls out Tax Data Service

Monday 26 April 2010 11:31 CET | News

Belgium-based payments technology provider Clear2Pay has launched its Tax Data Service (TDS) product designed to automate the formatting and routing of tax payments at the Nacha Payments conference 2010.

The TDS is a hosted and web-service application set to enable customers to retain ownership of their ACH origination channels while maintaining tax format and routing data. The operated changes to existing formats or new tax formats are available to banks, companies and payment processors providing an overview on the tax format information.

Via the Tax Data Service, Clear2Pay addresses the issue of processing tax payments in the United States, where a multitude of tax type codes need to be made with the correctly formatted addenda record in the CCD+ payment and the matching payment routing instructions for the respective tax authority and type.
