Integrated CRM and business intelligence tools help bank staff offer relevant products and services during the onboarding process and throughout each customer interaction.
The bank will also have access to the DNAcreator development toolkit, which allows bank IT professionals to create and sell custom core extensions called DNAapps to other financial institutions via the DNAappstore.
