Diebold, Banco Santander in ATM manufacturing and deployment agreement

US security systems company Diebold has signed an agreement with Spanish financial services provider Banco Santander to manufacture, deliver and install almost 2000 new automate teller machines (ATMs) in Brazil.

The ATMs are especially developed for the bank’s division in Brazil and are only available in this country.

In recent news, Diebold has launched its MobiTransact Card Lock tool, which allows consumers to secure their bank cards and accounts via their mobile phones.
