Diebold, First National Bank in ATM deal

US-based automated teller machine (ATM) provider Diebold has signed an agreement with US financial institution First National Bank of Pennsylvania for the former’s Opteva ATMs and integrated services portfolio.

Under the terms of the deal, Diebold is expected to initiate the replacement of 150 of the banks existing ATMs with Opteva terminals and to begin to upgrade the remainder of the fleet. First National Bank currently counts around 266 ATMs.

Apart from the Opteva terminals, Diebold is set to provide First National Bank with its Agilis Campaign Office software, the ATM Endpoint Protection by Symantec and software deployment services and its Diebold Advisor manager service.

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is a community-focused financial institution with over 230 branches located throughout 41 counties in Pennsylvania and Ohio, in the US.
