Both Documetric and IE will operate under the new company, Parseq, which is set to provide customers withservices such as payments, applications processing, customer servicing and data analytics. Furthermore, Parseq will concentrate on the mobile banking sector in order to provide customers with online banking-based mobile services. Financial institutions will be allowed to deploy mobile banking tools without having to build up internal capability.
