Under the terms of the deal, First Clearing is expected to integrate NYSE’s Hosted Transaction Hub, which includes a managed connectivity platform and a Risk Management Gateway (RMG) system.

In addition, NYSE is set to offer First Clearing its Secure Financial Transactions Infrastructure (SFTI) connectivity service to provide the latter with enhanced routing capabilities, risk management functionality and operating cost control.

The Hosted Transaction Hub for First Clearing is expected to be operational in Q1 2011.
