First Community Bank selects Jack Henry Banking for enterprise-wide automation services

US financial institution First Community Bank has selected Jack Henry Banking, a division of computer systems and electronic payment services provider Jack Henry & Associates, for its SilverLake core processing system which provides enterprise-wide automation.

Under the terms of the agreement, First Community Bank will initially implement a range of Jack Henry Bankings complementary services including Vertex Teller Automation System, NetTeller Online Banking, InTouch Voice Response, the jhaPassPort ATM and debit card transaction processing platform, the jhaKnow data warehousing, analysis and reporting service, the Smart GL general ledger reconciliation and compliance service, Relationship Profitability Management, components of the Synergy Enterprise Content Management service, Yellow Hammer Fraud Detective, Yellow Hammer BSA and jXchange for connectivity with third-party products.

Jack Henry & Associates creates technology products primarily for financial institutions and serves more than 11,800 customers across the US.

Most recently, Jack Henry Banking has also been selected by Ghana-based universal commercial bank UniBank for its SilverLake core processing system.
