First Midwest Bank completes acquisition of Integra Bank

First Midwest Bank has completed the deposit acquisition of the former Integra Bank from Old National Bank. As a result, First Midwest Bank has acquired USD 107 million in deposits and one branch building.

First Midwest Bank is the wholly owned subsidiary of US-based First Midwest Bancorp and provides its customers with a range of business, retail banking, trust and investment management services via over 100 offices located in communities across the US.

On November 2011, First Midwest Bank has selected PhoneFactor, the US-based authentication services provider, to deploy the latter’s out-of-band transaction verification service to protect its business banking customers.
