FIS launches DOLLAR$TOP limited-surcharge program

Friday 7 December 2012 11:57 CET | News

US banking and payments technology company FIS has launched a limited-surcharge program dubbed DOLLAR$TOP for consumers as well as financial institutions and non-financial institution ATM deployers.

DOLLAR$TOP enables card issuers to provide their cardholders with ATM cash at participating locations across the US without paying traditional convenience fees. Financial institutions can roll out the DOLLAR$TOP program within 30 days of joining and enable immediate surcharge-fee savings for all of their customers.

FIS has partnered with US electronic payment processing services provider Payment Alliance International (PAI) on the initial rollout of the program through its network of ATMs across the US.

In recent news, FIS has entered a new five-year agreement with financial institution BMO Harris Bank.
