Fiserv launches BancStudy: Consumer Deposits service

US-based provider of financial services Fiserv has released BancStudy: Consumer Deposits, a service designed to enable banks to segment and analyze their current customer base in order to develop strategies for deposit growth.

Fiserv’s service is set to execute a detailed analysis on a series of customer characteristics such as lifestyle behaviors, demographic characteristics and buying patterns. The service will also provide banks with the ability to generate selection criteria to deliver mailing lists for marketing campaigns and suppress current customers from marketing lists so that clients can produce quality lists for targeting new accounts.

To gain customer behavior insight, participating companies need to provide an extract of their customer data to Bank Intelligence Solutions from Fiserv. Subsequently, Fiserv’s service will offer them online access to information about their consumer deposits and growth opportunities.

In addition, BancStudy: Consumer Deposits clients will have the possibility to discuss with a senior bank strategist who will advise them on how to create customized consumer marketing strategies.
