Five US credit unions sign platform agreements with Fiserv

Under the terms of the agreements, the credit unions have also selected a series of value-added Fiserv solutions, such as Card Services, Virtual Branch internet banking, Wisdom accounting tools, ConvergeIT interactive voice response and to manage workflows and enhance efficiencies across their enterprise.

Fiservs new credit union clients include Seasons Federal Credit Union, United Police Federal Credit Union and Ashtabula County School Employees Credit Union, which are set to implement the Portico credit union platform. The latter is also set to add other integrated Fiserv solutions to its platform, including EFT processing, paperless processing, image storage, reporting analytics and Virtual Branch Internet Banking with Bill.Pay and NotiFI electronic statements.

Also, the Eastern New York Federal Credit Union will transition to the Galaxy credit union platform from Fiserv, choosing Galaxy ASP processing as well as the Wisdom accounting suite. Finally, the Morris Sheppard Texarkana Federal Credit Union plans to implement the CubicsPlus credit union platform from Fiserv, as well as Virtual Branch Internet banking and debit card processing services.
