As part of the deal, Gesa Credit Union has chosen to implement the Acumen account processing service which features built-in CRM. In addition, Acumen provides multi-language capabilities to serve Spanish-speaking members. Moreover, Gesa has opted for Fiserv’s integrated services for content management and item processing ATM Source Capture, Branch Source Capture and Teller Source Capture.
Acumen is available via service bureau, in-house delivery or resource management. In a recent development, Fiserv has signed an agreement with the US financial institution Fort Financial Credit Union to implement the XP2 account processing platform.
