US-based global provider of financial services Fiserv has inked an agreement with US financial services provider Granite State Credit Union for the implementation of its Acumen account processing platform.

Fiserv’s Acumen is set to enable the credit union to deploy a technology that will enable the latter to identify and track sales and marketing opportunities as well as monitor and manage trends involving member investments and services used at the credit union.

Acumen is an account processing platform designed to support commercial accounts, deliver automation tools and embedded commercial capabilities. This service is available via bureau, in-house delivery as well as through a resource management deployment model.

In addition to Acumen, Granite State will also implement several value-add services from Fiserv, including LynxGate for switch gateway processing, Nautilus for enterprise content management, AML Manager for compliance, CheckFree RXP for electronic bill payment, debit card processing and fraud detection as well as the UChoose Rewards loyalty program.

In recent news, Chinese financial services provider Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank (SRCB) has signed an agreement Fiserv to deploy the latter’s the Signature banking platform.
