ID Analytics introduces Credit Optics Prescreen service

ID Analytics, the US-based provider of consumer risk management, has introduced a new alternative credit score, dubbed Credit Optics Prescreen, to enable card issuers to prescreen potential customers, both for direct mail and instant, or prescreen-of-one campaigns.

Credit Optics Prescreen is the latest addition to ID Analytics Credit Optics suite of alternative credit risk solutions designed to deliver risk insights into a consumers creditworthiness using data not available from other sources. Credit Optics Prescreen is compliant with the Federal Credit Reporting Act and can be used to screen consumers for pre-approved credit card marketing campaigns.

The service features a set of capabilities such as 100 percent emerging market scoring, identifying the most stable prospects and risk mitigation which identifies consumers currently classified as low or medium risk, but who have recently been exhibiting increasingly risky behaviour.

In May 2011, ID Analytics has made its Consumer Notification Service available for businesses and consumers by alerting consumers when their identity is used, potentially without their permission.
