Under the trems of the contract, InfoCash will assume ownership for all Cashbox operations as well as for all ATM contracts that make up the Cashbox ATM network. The acquisition of Cashbox is expected to enable InfoCash to increase its product portfolio to approximately 5,000 ATMs.
