With the new certification, Hypercom will be able to distribute its payment terminals to Italy’s card payment sector. Hypercom has also established and certified a secure facility for loading keys and digital certificates as well as for product maintenance and repair. Hypercom’s Optimum product portfolio includes the T4205, T4210, T4220 and T4230 countertop terminals as well as the M4100, M4230 and M4240 mobile card payment terminals.
Most recently, Hypercom has entered a partnership with Australian financial services provider Westpac Banking Corporation, authorizing the latter to deploy 15,000 Hypercom Optimum countertop terminals for its merchant customers located in Australia.
