Under the deal, Inetco Insight’s solution is set to ensure the provision of real-time data about applications, switch components, network links, and third-party service providers in order to assist Jack Henry & Associates in preventing transaction slowdowns or declines.
The Inetco Insight software will be deployed by Jack Henry & Associates’ jhaPassPortEFT Solutions Group and JHA Payment Processing Solutions; the latter provide the company’s payment processing platforms as well as ATM, debit, credit and prepaid card services for both banks and credit unions.
