Lodo rolls out PFM cross-selling service

US-based personal financial management (PFM) software provider Lodo Software has rolled out FI Dashboard, a cross-selling tool integrated with the company’s OurCashFlow PFM service.

The FI Dashboard is set to assist customers with a particular marketing offer by using datacaptured by Lodo’s PFM. The FI Dashboard captures information about PFM users, including assets, accounts, transactions, budgets and savings goals, enabling financial institutions to address the appropriate customers.

Via Lodo’s Dashboard online wizard, bank marketing managers are able to send a message about mortgage refinancing to customers whose current mortgage interest rates are greater than 6 percent. Promotional messages can be set up for delivery via the PFM dashboard or email. The FI Dashboard tracks the number of users who view each message and click through for more information, establishing response rates for each campaign.

Lodo’s OurCashFlow PFM includes a series of capabilities, such as monitoring account balances and transactions, categorizing spending and net worth, creating and managing budgets which can be grouped within a tab or used as independent functions within online banking sites. The software includes multi-currency and multi-language support and can be used by an institution or by a bank holding company on behalf of multiple institutions.
