Mauritius Commercial Bank deploys ATM testing service from Level Four

Wednesday 19 August 2009 10:08 CET | News

UK provider of open standards-based ATM software Level Four has teamed up with financial services company Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB) to provide the latter with its ATM Developer automated testing solution.

Under the terms of the agreement, MCB is set to use Level Fours ATM Developer service to automate the testing of its ATMs, thus speeding up the deployment of new ATM software and services and reduce the amount of internal resource required.

By deploying ATM Developer, MCB is able to carry out parallel testing and respond to business requirements in less time than its previous manual testing process allowed. The bank has gained the ability to test Bunch Note Acceptance (BNA) transactions, which it plans to introduce soon, and to simulate device faults without the need for physical ATM testing.
