NCR to deliver 3,800 ATMs for the State Bank of India

US financial technology provider NCR has been awarded a contract to deliver 3,800 ATMs for the State Bank of India (SBI).

Under the terms of the seven-year contract, NCR is set to undertake ATM deployment for SBI, carry out site implementation services, second line maintenance and provide managed services for SBI. The second line maintenance contract also extends over a seven-year interval. The order includes ATMs equipped with DVSS (Digital Video Surveillance Systems) to fight back fraud.

SBI currently operates over 15,000 ATMs across India.
