New Century Bancorp to deploy technology platform from Jack Henry Banking

Jack Henry Banking, a division of US integrated technology and data processing services company Jack Henry & Associates, has entered an agreement with New Century Bancorp, the holding company for financial services provider New Century Bank.

Under the deal, New Century Bank is set to deploy Jack Henry Banking’s SilverLake System as its technology platform. In addition to SilverLake, New Century Bank will also implement other complementary services provided by Jack Henry Banking, including the Vertex Teller Automation System, StreamLine Platform Automation, NetTeller Online Banking, NetTeller Cash Management and the DirectLine OFX Internet banking solution for PC-based financial management systems.

Moreover, Jack Henry Banking is also set to provide the bank with an online account opening service, a fraud detection and prevention suite as well as with an electronic regulatory reporting service and image and data conversion solutions.
