Several NFC Forum members are expected to present the recently-published white paper covering NFC technology at the upcoming WIMA event in Monaco.

The NFC technology allows consumers to perform contactless transactions, access digital content and connect devices. NFC is compatible with contactless cards and readers already deployed worldwide. The NFC Forum was launched in 2004 by mobile communications, semiconductor and consumer electronics companies.
