Global money transfer company RIA Financial Services (a subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide) has expanded its payout network in Nigeria by entering an agreement with financial institution FirstBank of Nigeria.

As a result of the partnership, customers will be able to remit money in Nigeria either via direct payment into the recipient’s account or for cash pick-up at one of FirstBank’s branches. The agreement expands RIAs payout network in Nigeria by more than 600 locations.

According to the World Bank, Nigeria continues to be one of the top ten receive countries, accepting over USD 10 billion in remittances annually.

RIA Financial Services provides global consumer-to-consumer money transfer services through a sending network of agents and company-owned stores, disbursing money transfers via a worldwide payer network.
