Verint has also partnered with UK contact center systems integrator Sabioto implement the Impact 360 service in Office Depot’s contact centers in the UK and the company’s DACH/Benelux region.The Verint service is set to enable Office Depot to engage in a multi-phased, multi-country rollout of the unified, analytics-driven workforce optimization (WFO) suite.
Via the Impact 360 service, Office Depot intends to make reporting operational through integrated dashboard, and an insight with customer feedback surveys and speech analytics.
Verint’s Impact 360 is implemented as part of Office Depot’s approach which combines a Cisco IP infrastructure with enterprise-class, contact center software from Transera and a multi-media tool from RightNow to create a virtualized contact center technology platform for the company’s European operations.
