SIBOS 2010: Fiserv rolls out enhanced versions of Signature Bank Platform and Aperio

US financial services technology company Fiserv has released updated versions of its Signature Bank Platform and Aperio services for financial institutions at this years Sibos event in Amsterdam.

The newly-announced versions, both numbered 10.1, are set to upgrade consumer lending and fraud risk management capabilities.

Moreover, Apero 10.1 includes the general availability of Aperio Lending for Signature, a service for originating new, secure and unsecured loans. The solution provides the ability to originate various types of personal loan products, set roles and limits for agents and supervisors, manage exceptions according to bank policy and provide a view of the applicants credit worthiness and ability to service the loan. Loan origination can be enabled across multiple channels, including contact centre, branch, web and mobile. In addition, Aperio’s cross-channel integration allows consumers to start an application in one channel and continue in another. Aperio 10.1 is also set to offer features such as unique account number formats, enhanced administration tools and reduction of paper.

Signature is a service-oriented architecture (SOA)-based core processing service, deployed in 45 countries. Additionally, Signature 10.1 enhances fraud risk management features, including the Non-Financial Events stream. Thus, financial institutions are able to capture information for detecting and protecting against internal and external fraud.
