Sparkasse Karlsruhe partners with Wincor Nixdorf for self-service systems operations

Wincor Nixdorf, a provider of IT services to retailers and the retail banking sector, has signed a contract with German savings bank Sparkasse Karlsruhe. The agreement is focused on providing the bank with complete operational assistance for its 260 self-service systems at 66 branches.

Set to remain valid for a period of ten years, Wincor Nixdorf’ Managed Services offer will provide Sparkasse Karlsruhe with self-service system monitoring and administration as well as standard hardware maintenance services.

The process of monitoring, including problem reports and remote maintenance, will be carried out 24/7.

Further on, according to Finanz Informatik’s latest specifications, Wincor Nixdorf is set to take on both the upgrades of all self-service systems as well as the renewal and installation of the systems that are older than ten years.
