The solution includes registration to the SWIFT Exceptions and Investigations service, a case management application provided by a third-party vendor and access to online training. In the first release, the case management application is provided by Expertus.
SWIFTs Exceptions and Investigations service supports straight-through processing (STP) of payments-related enquiries through XML standards, four workflows and a rule book. The case management application runs in a user or automated mode, is integrated with Alliance Access and handles both XML and FIN standards.
