TestLink to remanufacture ATMs for Czech bank

Wednesday 19 August 2009 13:16 CET | News

UK-based ATM remanufacturer TestLink has gained an initial order to remanufacture ATMs for a Czech financial services provider in order to assist the latter in cutting its ATM purchase costs.

The ATMs in question are NCR 5684 machines and are set to be remanufactured by TestLink to better cope with high volumes of transactions and in order to extend their operational lifecycles. TestLink has already remanufactured and upgraded ATMs for a number of the banks off-site locations across the Czech Republic and has also refurbished a large number of ATM cassettes to ensure their correct configuration.

The company is now in further talks with the bank, whose identity has not yet been disclosed, with hopes that more branches could benefit from remanufactured ATMs.
