Tieto, OTP Bank Russia team up for P2P transfer services

Finnish IT, e-invoicing and consulting services provider Tieto has entered an agreement with financial institution OTP Bank Russia to provide the latter’s customers with Person-to-Person (P2P) payments as well as utility payments functionality.

The Card Suite P2P transfer service allows consumers to transfer funds from one card to another using ATM, in-branch POS terminals, mobile banking, internet banking, info-kiosks and other. This service can be deployed for on-us and domestic operations as well as for international money transfers and it supports Visa International and MasterCard Worldwide requirements.

Tieto’s product portfolio includes several banking services, such as online banking and payment options, as well as card and capital market services to development, application management and outsourcing.

In recent news, Tieto has launched a new service for the financial industry dubbed Financial Authority Reporting.
