TSYS enters payment services deal with Bank of Montreal

Global payment services company TSYS has inked a multi-year contract with financial services provider Bank of Montreal.

Under the terms of the agreement, TSYS will provide Bank of Montreal with payment services for its consumer and commercial credit card portfolios in Canada and the US. As part of the contract, TSYS will also provide the bank with account processing and other value-added services. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

In recent news, TSYS has partnered Swisscard, a joint venture between Credit Suisse and American Express, to provide the latter with consumer credit, commercial card and payment related services supported by its TS2 processing platform.
