TSYS, Huntington Bank partner for credit card products

Global payment services company TSYS has entered an agreement with US-based financial institution Huntington Bank to develop a platform for the latter’s new line of credit card products. The terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

Under the agreement, TSYS is set to provide processing services for Huntington’s consumer and business cards as well as fraud prevention services, card and statement production and customer service support.

Huntington Bank is set to roll out the business card through a partnership with MasterCard in H1 2013.

In recent news, TSYS has extended its payments agreement with UK-based financial institution The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). As part of the contract, TSYS will continue to provide TS2 outsourced payments processing service for RBS’ UK, Irish and US consumer credit and commercial businesses.
