UMassFive College Federal Credit Union extends agreement with Fiserv

US-based financial institution UMassFive College Federal Credit Union has extended its partnership with financial services technology company Fiserv.

Under the terms of the extended agreement, UMassFive is set to use Fiserv’s Portico account processing platform and other integrated banking services. Moreover, the credit union is set to offer banking via mobile devices with Mobiliti and Mobiliti: Tablet. In addition to Portico, UMassFive currently uses Virtual Branch for online banking and bill payment, Card Services Debit Processing and Prologue General Ledger.

Serving almost 30,000 members at four branch locations, UMassFive members include employees, students and family members of the University of Massachusetts and the Five College system. The credit union also serves several smaller local educational and service organizations.

In recent news, US-based financial services provider First Community Credit Union (FCCU) has extended its partnership with Fiserv.
