The companys SmartSource Adaptive series integrates SmartSource technology for check processing with full-page image capture features, an auto-sensing (CMC7 and E13B) MICR reader, as well as early front image capture for quality validation, variable image renditions (black & white and grey scale) and resolutions (100 dpi up to 240 dpi) and options for optical character recognition. Volume shipments for the SmartSource Adaptive family of image capture devices will begin in Q4 2009.
