Under the terms of the deal, Unisys is expected to deliver VSoft’s suite of remote deposit capture services to enable organizations to capture, validate, process, archive and transmit check and document images from all points of presentment.
The VSoft services are delivered in-house or as an outsourced ASP or SaaS to banks, credit unions, trust companies and government clients as well as to international consumers and businesses.
In recent and related news, US-based financial institution Allied First Bank has entered an agreement with VSoft to implement the latter’s home/office and mobile remote deposit capture services.
