Veem introduces rewards programme for B2B payments

Wednesday 20 February 2019 00:55 CET | News

US-based PSP Veem has launched a rewards programme, aimed to give businesses cash back for managing their business payments through Veem.

Veem Rewards allows businesses to earn rewards for sending international payments, invoicing new customers, and adding new businesses to their supply chain. Similar to the rewards built on credit cards, now rewards are available on a new paradigm.

Veem is a US-based B2B payments platform, using SWIFT, treasury and cryptocurrency, typically bitcoin. It was formerly known as Align Commerce in 2017. Payments are sent using various rails, the one used being determined internally when a payment is sent. Customers in 60 countries can receive payments, and customers in 24 of those can send payments. Their target customers are freelancers and businesses offering offshore services. Most transactions are cryptocurrency, though cryptocurrency is only used for 10% of value sent.
