The Acumen platform provides account processing services for large credit unions. The system is built as an open platform with a browser-based architecture that allows it to expansion the volume of account balances, number of members and number of accounts and sub-accounts it can process.
Westoba also added two other products from Fiserv to its Acumen solution investment, the ConvergeIT: IVR audio response system and solutions from the Wisdom accounting suite. Westoba Credit Union manages USD 865 million in assets and has 34,000 members.
