Wincor Nixdorf to operate over 200 self-service systems at Allianz Bank branch

IT services provider Wincor Nixdorf has won a 4-year contract from German private regional bank Oldenburgische Landesbank AG, a member of the Allianz Group, to manage operations of more than 200 self-service systems at its Allianz Bank units branches.

According to the agreement, Wincor Nixdorf is to deliver hardware maintenance, monitoring and administration services for more than 80 ATMs and 130 statement printers. The company is also held responsible for the management of self-service system rollout and migration for Allianz Bank, as well as its terminal software. Wincor Nixdorf links all systems to its system management centre, which performs monitoring and trouble ticketing and remote maintenance.

Oldenburgische Landesbank AG provides technical, legal and service infrastructure for Allianz banking business via its Allianz Bank division.
